TEAC Introduces T-1000 Industrial USB Flash Duplicator
Company adds the flash duplicator to its line of disc printers and CD/DVD publishers
MONTEBELLO, CA (June 4, 2009)... TEAC, a premier manufacturer of Disc Printers and CD/DVD Publishing Products, announces the launch of its T-1000 Industrial USB Flash Duplicator.
TEAC T-1000 is a 1:10 industrial flash duplication system. It is a scalable system that could be configured in 10, 20, 30 or 40 stackable flash duplication systems.
TEAC T-1000 features "Smart-Copy." Only the data, including the file system that is stored on a master, will be copied into the targets.
"The smart copy feature can save time during the duplication process especially when there is small amount of data on the USB drive," says Les Luzar, Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing. "We knew this feature is important for our customers, so we decided to add this to our industrial duplicator line. The tower flash duplicators available in the market do not offer this feature."
TEAC T-1000 also features "Bit-by-Bit" Verification process, which is the most precise verification system available. Each bit of target is checked against its corresponding bit of the master drive to make certain the duplication is implemented correctly. This verification system guarantees a 100% correct copy of the master.
"The Tower USB Flash Duplicators available in the market today do not offer bit-by-bit verification," says Aris Gharapetian, Director of Marketing, TEAC America, Inc. "Any other verification method can not guarantee that all data is verified and this will result in errors and incomplete duplication."
Another important feature of the TEAC T-1000 is the comprehensive Windows Management software included with the system that provides detail feedback on the copying process and verification. Data about the duplication process like serial numbers, status and statistics will be saved in a log file. The main advantage of TEAC's comprehensive log files is that it will let the user track every USB device according to its serial number and if it failed or passed the duplication process. TEAC's Windows Management software also enables the operator control and set up the duplication system from any PC. The software gives the user more control over the entire duplication process.
TEAC T-1000 features durable connectors / slots. TEAC guarantees up to 10,000 insertions per connector. A higher number of insertions per socket will lower maintenance costs and maintenance cycles. The T-1000 is an industrial design, developed to prevent downtime through overheating or dust. Through an industrial design, downtimes and maintenance costs and cycles could be minimized.
TEAC will display its new 1:10, T-1000 USB Flash Duplicator and the 1:30 (T-2000), 1:30 (T-3000) and 1:40 (T-4000) Industrial flash duplicators at the upcoming CineGear Show, at Paramount Studios, Los Angeles, CA, Booth Number T57, June 5-6th, 2009.
